Charleston Duck Race

The Charleston Duck Race will be on May 4th, 2024!

Established by the Rotary Club of Daniel Island in 2007, the Charleston Duck Race consists of eight chapters coming together to raise funds in support of philanthropic efforts. Since the Race’s inception, this event has raised over 2.5 million dollars for local beneficiaries and Rotary projects worldwide. 

For just $10, you can adopt a rubber duck to be raced for the chance to win the top prize of $10,000! To adopt a duck, please fill out the registration form and select the "Rotary Club of Cainhoy-Peninsula" as the credited organization. Your organization can also sponsor the race to be advertised and have multiple ducks entered. If interested in sponsoring, please email our Duck Race Chair, Heather Valeri.
