Charleston Duck Race

The Charleston Duck Race will be on May 30th from 10:00am - 2:00pm!

Established by the Rotary Club of Daniel Island in 2007, the Charleston Duck Race consists of eight clubs coming together to raise funds in support of philanthropic efforts. Since the Race’s inception, this event has raised over 2.5 million dollars for local nonprofits and Rotary projects worldwide. 

This year, our Club has selected Leveling the Fields and Wake Up Carolina as beneficiaries alongside 25 other local nonprofits! 

For just $10, you can adopt a rubber duck to be raced for the chance to win the top prize of $10,000! Don't make first - don't worry! You could still be a lucky duck and win $5,000, $3,000, or $1,000! 

To adopt a duck, please fill out the registration form and select the "Rotary Club of Cainhoy-Peninsula" as the "Credited Organization". Your organization can also donate or sponsor and receive media exposure. If interested in sponsoring, please email our President, Marion Harris.
